Tracy McManamon was one of six boys raised in a home sustained by his father who owned his own insurance firm for over 60 year in Cleveland Ohio. After attending parochial school in Cleveland he attended Ohio State University. Upon graduation from OSU with a degree in Economics, Business Administration and a minor degree in Marketing was employed by the Cleveland Browns Football Club as Assistant Director of Operations and Public Relations. After working in Professional Football for 5 and 1/2 years Tracy and his wife moved to Southern California to work in the advertising world. After 15 years and a baby girl in Southern California, Tracy, his wife Amy and their daughter Sarah moved back East to North Carolina where he started his own Insurance agency. After a couple of years he decided to sell his agency to Acordia and soon after he joined Acordia, the world's 5th largest insurance broker for 12 years.

Throughout his 12 years at Acordia Tracy was quite the achiever. He was the youngest person ever to serve as Senior Vice President and Partner until 2003 when he opened his own Insurance Agency.

Tracy married his grade school sweetheart, Amy, 30 years ago and they have 5 beautiful daughters: Sarah (a 24 year old graduate of Franciscan University, who now works for him in the family business), Catherine (14), Elizabeth (11), Madalen (7) and Julia (2). Amy is a stay at home Mom who home schools the younger children. They are members of St. Peters Church in. He is also a member of Serra International, Knights of Columbus and is Chairman of the Faith in the Future Task Force in Jefferson County. Tracy, along with wife Amy are founders of Two Hearts, a foundation to assist young girls in China with healthcare and educational needs.
